I had used this gateway 3 times for purchasing pubg uc and pubg in game purchasings.
Every time money was debited form my pnb bank but no uc was purchased. Please solve this isssue of mine.
I used pnb net banking. Please find the attachments with this complaint.
Now i'm worried about my money. Please do solve this problem.

I used buy royal pass in pubg mobile game and used to pay the amount 799 using sbi net 🏦 but the amount is debited but purchasing is cancelled. The payment was completed and from bank the amount is debited but the purchasing the royal elite pass was cancelled and purchasing closed, , please refunded my money to sbi bank

I have purchased a pack of 8 ball pool by Miniclip of 171 rupees. The money got deducted from my account, but i did not get the pack. UPI transation ID is[protected]. Google Transaction ID CICAg0CEk86uSw. Please resolve the problem. Thank you.
