Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 23 MAR 2019at 2.53Pm via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

Recently I was trying to purchase pubg UC on 24th march with my sbi card and my account has been debited with amount 799 but didn't received any pubg UC yet. My transaction reference no is IGAFSHDGD7. Screenshot of debit message is attached herewith, kindly resolve the same.

I have made payment of RS 799 for PUBG royale pass season 6, where amount were deducted from account with message that is attached in screenshot but no uc were recieved in game. kindly refund the money or resolve this issue

Today I made a transaction of rupees 79 from my bank to buy uc from pubg mobile the transaction is successful but the uc is not credited in my pubg mobile account please credit uc or repay my 79 rupees to my bank account
