[Resolved] TimesofMoney — pubg uc payment

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 28 feb at 11pm via internet banking. Costing rs.3999 for uc credit of 3850.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my sbi account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

I purchased uc from pubg mobile which is of worth INR79 . Amount has been deducted from my account but didnt get uc . So please help me to get back the amount or else help me to get the uc .
