Dear sir, i have purchase diamond worth rs 470, the amount has been deducted from my account but the diamond has not been credited till date. The purchase has been done on 19th april 2018 and the reference id for the transaction done is igadjekvr9. I have been trying to reach to customer sevice but no one picks up the call.
