TimesofMoney — purchase problem

I have recently tried making an in-app purchase through google play having txn i'd. Igacmqhdq8, unfortunately the merchant did not receive the amount but my account has been debited with 1600 rupees. So i kindly see that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and my amount refunded. And i have made this transaction on 6/12/2017. So i request an approach as soon as possible.
