Hi,
On 28th november 2018, purchased an udemy course for rs 640 after logging into udemy app. Was routed through times of money payment gateway. Money got deducted from bank account and got an sms for the same, but neither received a payment success message from use my nor the course appeared. The transaction id for state bank of india internet banking reference number for times of money limited transaction of rs 640 on 28th november at 21:37 is igaevwdqm6
Please refund the amount
