[Resolved]  TimesofMoney — refund from times of money

I have purchased ebook from google books for rupees 149.1. Money has been deducted from my sbi account but the app shows i have not purchased ebook i want refund of my money. I got a message as follows:-
Thank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For transaction of rs. 149.1 from a/c ending 5467 to times of money limited on 16-mar-19 at 01:22 is igafqmkae7. If not done by you, forward this sms from mobile number registered with sbi to [protected] to block your inb credentials. You may also call[protected]. Download yono @ www.yonosbi.com

I purchased 600 uc for pubg gaming.but i did not receive and my account also been debited for INR.799 its my humble request that i want refund for my unsuccessfull transaction. attachments is been attached .photo of bank statement and pubg homescreenshot.
