TimesofMoney — refund my money

A purchase of a playstore app mobile legend have been made to times money limited on 06.12.2017 and reference id is igacmpozn8. Money was deducted from my account (State bank of india) through net banking but i didn't recieve anything from the game i have paid, bi contacted them about the problem but they said they didn't receive any payment. So please refund my money. Thank you

An amount of ₹1180 was deducted from my account on dated 16 Jan 2018 while purchasing teenpatti chips.I didn't got the chips but my money was debited.Please refund the money back.
