TimesofMoney — regarding pubg payment issue

Dear sir

I tried to purchase 600uc by paying rs799.00 through central bank of india net banking today i. E. On 21.03.2019. My money got deducted from bank and sent to timesofmoney but uc not added. For some reason google payment also not showing this transaction in their website now. I have screenshot of payment which i enlcosed with this mail.
Please sir refund the deducted money or add the uc amount in my game

Ashish, i bought uc on pubg yesterday but still i got no response. Bank statement is showing that money is transfer to times of money limited A/c no. : [protected], kindly solve this as soon as and refund my money to account.

I have made 2 payments of 60 uc last night but only one was successful.
I would like to request for the uc to be sent to my pubg mobile account or a refund of the failed purchase. I have attached my pubg mobile account id screenshot and the payment screenshot

Sir, An amount of Rs.799.00 has been deducted from my saving account in SBI Silchar Br (a/c no [protected]) for which I made no instruction. So please refund me the amount.
