TimesofMoney — regarding purchase in clash of clans.

I hereby mention that i have clicked on state bank of india payment option while i was going to purchase value pack in clash of clans game. I was redirected to inb sbi site and i have made the payment. The very same time my money has been deducted from my account but the purchase wasn't made and i am loss of 1599 rupees now.
So help me asap.

I recently have purchased gta vice city game of rs 156 from google play store and it states that money is sent to your account.( Times of money).. But google play store still asks me to buy the game... it seems like waste of time and money so i need refund.. otherwise i will sue you
