I tried to get the contact details and speak to them. Now i got full information to make a complaint. This happened twice.

This transaction also through google play store.
My two transactions failed and money deducted twice from my account.
I would like to consult an advocated and proceed through consumer form.
This payment gateway is charging without rendering the service. Please help me in this connection.
