Today i brought some game offers of 3600 gem combo-i (Lords mobile: war kingdom - strategy rpg battle). The igg support team said the payment is not processed from the google pay. When i checked the payment is pending and i tried every tricky way to contact you. The few details in the attatchment, which i have sent in jpeg format. And the few moments later the history of pending google payment activity was erased. But i still did not get the refund massages from the indian bank.

Please solve the issue as soon asnpossible.

On 17.09.2018 I paid through SBI Net banking Rs 64.90 for e book as above and amount has been debited to my and credited to your account. But due to may be some technical issue I did not get that e book.
Please resolve
