[Resolved] TimesofMoney — uc bought but not received

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 25 july at 3pm via internet banking. Costing rs.799 for uc credit of 660.

My account has been debited for the same amount but no uc cash was credited to the game. It shows in my pnb account that the money went in times of money limited.
Its a huge sum of money and i'm worried for the same.

Customer care centres are unreachable.

Beneficiary - times of money ltd

Could you please resolve this and ensure my purchased is carried out or refund my money back to my account

I had purchased 600uc for 799₹ and I don't know why but my money was deducted from my bank account but I didn't receive if in game. Please see that I'm either refunded my money or given UC in my account. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Money was deducted from my bank account but no UC was received

I purchased a combo for rs 240 in pubg. Money is debited from my account but i haven't received the purchased product. It is the second time happening. And two days ago i have purchased for rs 79 twice but same thing occured
