I was promised that my order will be delivered within 2-3 days of me paying the cost using upi. That is the main reason i opted for your upi option. Now it is becoming very skeptical, i am seriously doubting whether my product would reach me.
"after confirmation of your upi payment, you will get your product within 2 working days" - based on this statement and the phone conversation with your executive i proceeded with making the payments. I paid for the order on may 18th, but still the order status in the website states unfulfilled.
Payment status - unfulfilled
Fulfillment status - unfulfilled
It has been more than 3 days and still, there is no update on my order. I haven't even received my shipping details yet, how i am going to receive it within 2-3 days.
