I have made a purchase of sony cybershot dsc w610 and a 16 gb pendrive from timtara.com on 18.02.2013 by paying rs. 4939/- using my syndicate bank debit card. As per your terms, the item shall be delivered by 10th of march 2013. But till today i have not received the item.

More than 12 times i have contacted the customer care executive. But the response i have got is not encouraging. Now they are...
