[Resolved]  TIN - NSDL — pan card not delivered, this is second time (same issue) - no information of card

I have filled two times details for pan, first time first flight courier service (Uttam nagar) not delivered the card and then again i filled the details and this time again, i don't know where is the pan card. No body picking up my calls - first flight (Un) said now pankaj ([protected]) has responsibility of pan in dhulsiras village.

Please help. Is it a scam nsdl?

My money two times deducted but pan card is not in my hand.
