I, viraj ashok pathak have given you my file with all the documents you want for loan amt ₹. 50, 00, 00, 000.00 (Rs. Fifty crores). I have informed you that our file is giving you by mr. Dilip pathak.
As per your offer we deposited ₹. 17, 700/- (Rs. Seventeen thousand seven hundred) vide tr. Id[protected] dtd. 01.06.2018, ₹. 1, 18, 000/- (Rs. One lac eighteen thousand) vide tr. Id n[protected] dtd. 03.07.2018, ₹. 1, 75, 000/- (Rs. One lac seventy-five thousand) vide tr. Id n[protected] dtd. 13.07.2018, ₹. 2, 000/- (Rs. Two thousand) vide tr. Id n[protected] dtd. 13.07.2018 & ₹. 2, 95, 000/- (Rs. Two lac ninety-five thousand) vide tr. Id n[protected] dtd. 23.08.2018
At that time, you had promised us that you will disburse our loan amount within 30 working days. Since last 6 months you have not given us any kind of loan amount till date. All of your promises were false. You could not make any arrangements for loan amount. You are not eligible to do business. You and your company are a big fraud & fake. A lot of people are complaining against you.in the next 3 days, please return all our money back with the interest and return all the documents. Otherwise, strict action will be taken against you, and your company, company directors, company managers, and legal department persons. After that we will not take any responsibility for anything. We tried to connect with you every single time, but you have not responded in any way, we have been neglected by you every time.
Mr. Dilip pathak was coming to your office every week at udaipur. You sent them back with each new reason.
This kind of behavior has caused a lot of losses to our business. You have to pay all our losses.
Either you transfer all the money & send our agreement stamps, all papers & security blank cheques no. 313631 & 313632 of yes bank with mr. Dilip pathak.
This is treated as a notice
