Tjori — No delivery of the product (online payment done)

I purchased a kurta (Rs 2649) on 1st of Jun and with expected delivery on 7th June. When I didn't receive the product or any information, I dropped an email to their customer support. I heard back saying there's delay and I will receive the product on 14th instead. As I wanted the clothing for a particular occasion which 14th June delivery won't serve, I asked them to cancel my order. However, I was told that no refund is possible and I can only get lifetime credit note instead. So, I decide to wait for the order to be delivered instead.

It's 23rd June today and they haven't even dispatched my order. The support is not explaining anything and I doubt if they will ever deliver my order. Please take action as it seems I am not the only one suffering. There are many other consumers who have had the same issues with this website and it probably is all a scam.

I have already reported their ads to Facebook which is where I saw their ad and decided to buy.
