Tmt Bus 77 — bus fare

I have bee boarding the tmt bus no. 77 for long & today on 18th feb when i boarded the bus at 210 pm from mhape to reliable plaza wherein i often charge rs 17 however bus # mh04-hy-1258 charged me rs21 when protested he said this is the charge otherwise i am welcome to alight at the next stop which i fou d so rude. The bus # 011 goes via the same route & they charge rs 17 without being questioned. Please address the issue at the earliest.
