TN Government Transport Corporation — Not in time

I stepped into a govt bus from salem to Mettur and the time was 6.30 in the morning. The actual bus fare in all the govt buses from Mettur RS stopping to salem is 19 Rupees, but the conductor told that the ticket is 26 Rupees from RS (Mettur) to Salem as it is an express bus. But there is no indication at the bus that it is an express bus, not even a written on the bus to intimate that it is an express bus. If we know that this is an express bus we wouldn't stepped into the bus bcoz of extra fare. All the passengers inside the bus were asking the same, is the government guiding them or not? If so then this could never had happened. And also bus was not that much fast to prove that it is an express bus. It has stopped at all the stoppings and reached salem later than the normal buses. We were very much disappear, so our opinion is to guide and maintain the buses and concerned employee properly.
