Tn velai vaippu — Tnvelaivaippu - Aadhar number already exist message is displayed

Dear sir,

I registered my educational details in 12th standard but I forgot to renew my Employment registration, so I tried creating a new user id registration But the Aadhar number already exists message is displayed. Kindly provide the details regarding my renewal or new user id creation. Is it possible to recover my user id using the Agadhar number.
