[Resolved]  Tneb — Voltage fluctuation

Dear Sir, I have been getting voltage fluctuation, which collapsed my electrical and electronic components, like my two fans, TV, and audio system. On complaining about the same to the concerned people i got no response, and it is still getting worse, especially after 6 pm, we are not able to switch on any fans and tubelights are not burning. We are getting only 110 to 180 voltage instead of getting 220 at least. So please take some necessary actions against it. Thank you.

Dear Sir, I have been getting voltage fluctuation past 3 months and given complaint to area Basin Bridge AE on 21/6.2010 and received the acknowledge for the same, which collapsed my electrical and electronic components. On complaining about the same to the concerned people i got no response, and it is still getting worse for the whole day, we are not able to switch on any fans and tubelights are not burning. We are getting only 110 to 180 voltage instead of getting 220 at least. So please take some necessary actions against it. Thank you.

We, the dwellers of 5th Street, Seniamman Koil Street, Tondiarpet, Chennai-81, have been facing the voltage fluctuation for the past one week. Even I have complained thrice over phone to the local EB authorities, suitable action is yet to be taken on this issue. I yearn to inform you that many electric and Electronic appliances of the dwellers of this street had recently been burnt badly due to high voltage and the same was published in dailies. Kindly arrange to solve this problem at once.

I am a resident of Ayyapanthangal-Chennai, we have severe voltage fluctuation in my area i.e., Dhanalaxmi Nagar. The voltage ranges less than 100V and it is invariably continues throughout day to night. Because of this My household equipments like Water pump motors, Washing Machines are getting damaged and I have to spend thousands of rupees to repair. TNEB has told us that they are installing a Transformer, but this is being done for past 2 yrs(Since 2010), every time we approach they say it will be done in 2 months time, we lost hope and it is increasingly putting us in difficulty for our survival in this particular area...
Very much discouraging to live in this place, we have all sleepless nights even after putting a triple booster for the Air conditioner... But we pay the electricity bills regularly for having this low voltage and having the a/cs not cooling the rooms properly. We need a help from TNEB at the earliest at least to rectify such a way we have a constant voltage so that our household equipments does to get damaged.

We the residents of nos 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36 second main road Gandhinagar Adyar are facing severe voltage fluctuations sine the 1st of June 2013.All electronic/electrical gadgets are under repair due to this problem.We submitted a written complaint to the Adyar EB office>We faced similar problem last year during summer.Please attend to the problem immediately,

Power Supply issue for last several month

Dear Sir/Madam As per My EB Service Number[protected] and it has located at Malumichampatti, Coimbatore; I was informed to EB office for issuance of Power supply for last several month but they are not yet response

Low voltage problem

Dear sir, Observed low voltage up to 100V in two phases out of 3 phase connection . Also 3 rd phase voltage @ 260-270. Need to rectify immediately. I am residing in Kaikankuppam which connected via Valasaravakkam sub station.
