Tnhb Flats Shollinganalur — lack of drainage by maintenance team health caused due to dengue

We are the people from tnhb flats. We are charged for rs 500/- from maintenance team (Senthil). But there is no more proper way of clearance in drainage and electricity passage. Plenty of water wastage by the maintenance peoples for there own usage in the premises area. They are holding water plant inside our campus for selling and block the path way with local vehicle.

1. Lackage in drainage system in and around our place. (Shown in picture) causes dengue for two more kids.
2. During flooding period maintenance team charge lot of money but won't do anything.
3. No proper way for vehicles for parking.
4. Outlet value mixed with drainage and create environmental panic.
5. Electrical wires are dipped through the drainage and peoples notified to the maintenance team but they won't take step.

Please do take safety measures take severe steps and prevent environment cause.
