[Resolved]  Tnurbanepay — Paid my House tax but it's not reflected in the portal and receipt is not received

So, I have paid my House tax in tnurbanepay website and the money is debited from my account and there is no receipt generated for my payment of house tax also the receipt is not generated in the portal.
My old ass no- 153/028/902033 and new no - 153/027/01173 also I have attached my payment receipt for the house tax payment which was generated after payment. There is no receipt for the house tax generated.soo provide me with the solution or a alternative for it .
