HELLO SIR/MADAM,

I have registered my profile in employment exchange in the year 2017 and the renewal date was Jan 2020. I forgot my user id and password for renewing my profile. I tried contacting them over the phone but there was no proper response and visited once in person, due to corona restrictions i was not able to get the proper response due to lack of man power the service was not provided. I was located nearly 60 kms faraway from the center. when i try to recover my password and id its showing as registration number is wrong. I have already downloaded my id card at the time of registration. Now i want to change my place of residence and want to renew my account. Kindly do the needful.
