Proofer
On 27.12.2017, we purchased the aforementioned oven and proofer from the unifrost food services equipment dealer office situated at d-2/551, g/f, 60ft road, mangal bazaar, chattarpur pahari, new delhi - 110074 for rs. 1, 20, 000 and rs. 79, 153 respectively, and paid a total of rs. 2, 35, 001 as the gross amount against invoice number dl/ti/281/17-18.
In january 2018, within one month of purchase the proofer's heater element started giving issues and was worked intermittently only.
Around december, 2018, the proofer stopped working completely and we placed a complaint with the toll-free customer care number of toastmaster. Thereafter, one technician came to inspect the proofer and said that the heating element has short-circuited and needs to be replaced. Since then, despite repeated calls and follow-up nobody showed up to replace the heating. After our persistent calling, for more than 8-9 months, finally the technician visited between september-october, 2019, and repaired the proofer, but again the proofer malfunctioned and has not been working since.
Oven
The steamer of the oven has not worked properly since the beginning itself, but as time passed by, the malfunctioning became more and more apparent. Despite our repeated calls to customer care to send a technician, no visit has been scheduled and no repair work carried out.
Kindly direct the company to either effect a full refund or repair or replace both the products.
