Today Live Shoppings — fake product delivery

I have ordered a smart watch through online facebook ads by today live deal company.
I made the payment online rs 1440/- but when i received the defective product with worst quality in not working condition.
When i tried to reach them their numbers were not reachable and they don't even pick the phone.
I tried to courier the product to their address but the courier also came back with reason that they are not accepting the product.

I had ordered an mi 3 band from ur site but when the product arrived it was of a different brand and moreover it doesnot work order id: 13348 .i had paid the cash bycod. They said that they won't be accepting return policy i had bought this band with great expectation and with money i needed the most pls take the product i just want the money...
