Today Live Shoppings — no one response on my complaint

I purchased a level u model on 25/8/19, materials delivered 28/8/19. But materials quality very poor. Already 2 times complained.. But no one response aginst my complain, i don't want it and i am returning there product to them and requesting them to sent my paid money for the product back in my account is rs 749.
So i request you to please me out in getting my paid money back to my account and take some action againsts them and i will be very thankful of your.
