Dear Sir
I was going from Jammu to Amritsar for medical emergency. It is unfortunate that I was retained for more than 20 mins as there was so many vehicles and in line. On showing concern about violations of rules Goons of toll plaza misbehaved with us including ladies and damaged our vehicle..
