Tollways — Without travelling amount deducted

Hello Sir,

My Complaint about to get amount paid rs 105.00 toll without travelling and got message like paid rs 105.o toll for GJ17AH7118 at Pithai on 02 jan 2022, 3:22 PM. TxnId: 0010002201021538203445.

Actually i have travelled that time after that when reached at toll plaza i seen my balance less then 150 so i checked my message and i then have an inquired there and got information's like this toll point is not working and all there is information's like with passed my car amount deducted they haven't provide me information's any reports about that they told me like i have complained on 1033 number and already did that complaint number is [protected] please take some steps on it and give me my amount rewards.
