I'm really very disappointed the way they have committed about hotels or resort. They have committed they will provide atleast 4 Star hotels however the list I got over the email about the hotels were 2 or 3 star and seems average hotels.
If they have to provide these hotel then why should I get membership from Toplite, I can book hotels from my own.
When I send email to their customers care I get reply after multiple reminders only.
I got my membership on 31 March however I still didn't received my welcome kit yet.
Also, after completing 45 days and multiple reminder they ask me for my address so that they can send my welcome kit. They already have my address in their records and still asking.
I got my membership of about 80k and additional 10k every year for maintenance charges.
It seems taking membership from these guys are not worth it. You need to remind them multiple times.
Also, they are wasting your time and money.
Request you to provide hotels as promised or refund my full money.
