Toprico — Failure to respond

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I had ordered 3 pairs of footwear from Toprico's website on 7th Feb 2022. I made the payment immediately on the same day. My order no was 4175. I emailed them regarding the same for certain customisation on the same day. They replied on 11th that it takes 10 working days for order to reach me.

After not receiving the order I had corresponded with them on email and instagram. First they refused to admit that the product has not been delivered. After explaining to them numerous time that I have not received it they checked and told that the delivery partner has lost the package and that they will provide a refund. They took my UPI details on 25th March for payment.

Ever since then I have been reminding them to make the payment. However, they are completely ignoring my messages. I have attached email and instagram communication for reference.
