Bought three products from this company's Instagram page and had to wait for a month and a half for 2 of them to be dispatched. The third product, a bag was never dispatched. I had been patient for a month and a half, not even following up, but when I went to their Instagram page I realized they had a history of taking money from consumers and not sending the products at all.
Initially when I requested for a refund on September 17th 2022, they said, "we do not have a refund policy dear", and that was their tone for a couple of weeks after that. Since then they have gone silent. I had to resort to pinging them on Instagram, where they are very active, but don't respond to my comments.
At this point it is less about the money more about the needless stress and ethics of the situation. Was this information helpful? |
