Topsntunic — Received wrong parcel and need refund

I have ordered cargo pants from topdntunic but I received some shirts that were torn and dirty. Paid by cash on delivery. But on their website there is no contact number or anything else for return and refund. When I called customer care +[protected] he asked some details and then my money got deducted from my account. I want refund of the parcel and also the money I lost from my account
