Hi, i have purchased tbe-804 bluetooth earphones a week back after hearing some nice reviews about this particular product. While using, from the 1st day its giving me trouble. While watching video on youtube or any other application it disconnects for a while and then connects again. It is even more annoying when i am using it for taking calls as it misses some of the conversation. Could you please assist me how to fix it as i have called the customer care but they are responding at all.
