Toronto Dominion Bank — Money transfer

I am from Bangalore India.I sold one product (13000INR) to STONE JHON, who is the customer of TD bank.for verification I have sent shipment details on 1st Feb 2016.after 1 week I got a mail from TD bank of financial group that this transaction is not possible because of low amount.Minimum amount should be 39000INR for international wire transfer .at that time I was helpless, that's why I sent another shipment details of 39000INR. so I thought everything has done.I will get my money back.Now bank again making issue, the amount should be $1500, means 1Lakh INR .See sir as I am a student, I am not able to afford this amount again but bank not getting my point and now I can not trust TD bank because I never know again they will charge for more.But end of the incident a common student is a loser, who lost money, product too.
