Hi, This is Regarding the First Complaint about my Car Submitted at Your Workshop in Ahmedabad .
My Car Registration is GJ-01-RV-2992 .
The Total Km of the Car was 12705 when it was submitted on[protected] .
The Job Sheet No : 042897
The Complaint was as follows ... The Details of the charges also followed .
1) The Right Rear Window Glass was making some noise while opening and closing from very beginning of we purchased the car but somehow we could not manage to go to the service center for the small issue . It can not be a fault of our usage obviously as its an internal part . The part was replaced but the LABOR CHARGE was considered 385 Rs for that part replacement .
2) The Left Rear Tyre was making some serious noise when the car was on some bouncy road . That was the main complaint and my concern to submit the car at workshop ...
For this problem the Charge was 225 rs and was said to be complete car checking through the software !!! The Technically defined as GFF/Guided functions ... It was not acceptable how the tyre noise problem can be checked through the Software !!! And that should not be bared by the car owner at least ...
When I was not agree about the charges the executive called to the concerned person in workshop who was Mr . Parthshakti Prajapati but he was on leave today and I asked him about why these charges and the system ... He was trying to show me teach me Common Sense and simply said that he was on leave so I could collect the car tomorrow but today nothing could be done ... Shocking response by and service industry person .
Further I met Mr Pratik Sharma who is Asst . General Manager and he was convinced to deduct the labor charges for Front Rear Window solution ... And said me to pay the full amount and further they will credit in the next bill ... My God I was not fighting for just 385 or 810 Rs ... It was about my Right to know whether the charges are by Skoda or Torque .
Finally as I was in a hurry I had to pay the full amount and go to the workshop for delivery ... In workshop another shocking scene ... The car was not even completely cleaned ... the leaves and plant sticks on the back side were not even cleaned ... The Concerned person said me to wait for more 10-15 minutes but I thought better to go to some Car Spa and Spend some money for Getting it Cleaned properly ... I have taken some pictures regarding the same ...
Bottom line ... Dear Skoda or Torque Team ... When a customer who has spent more than 13 Lac for your Product expects a good welcome and Happy Good bye ... Its just a matter of 815 Rs ... But Really Very Disappointing ... When a Customer comes to get the details of buying a new car he is offered some refreshments but when he comes for service problem and waiting for last 1 hour ... Not even asked for Tea or Coffee ...
Just Get a Visit at Concept Hyundai or Emerald Honda Service Center and just have a look how they deliver the car whether its free service or chargeable service ...
