I’ve purchased a roti maker from tortilla Hyderabad.They sent me a damaged product immediately I’ve contacted tortilla customer care.They asked me to send pictures of product.I’ve shared the pictures but from then they are not responding and not picking up the calls..exhausted left the thought of return it though to use the roti maker..Just after switching it on we faced a electric shock..the roti maker passing the shock.We are terrified to use it.The worst customer service and worst brand.They gave the fake promise to replace piece to piece replacement.They wantedly sent a damaged product.
