Dear toshiba india!

I bought a battery of laptop no. Toshiba pabas228/pa3817u-1brs 6 cell laptop battery from flipkart on 18 march 2019 which was delivered to me on 25 march 2019. The battery carries a 06 month replaceable warranty.

Right now my battery has stopped working. I request you to replace it as soon as possible with a new one. I am going through a really tough time. The bill is attached too.

What sort of fraudulent and unprofessional behavior is this? My complaint has not even addressed and you call it resolved.Be serious or should I refer this issue to Consumer Forum
