Actually we raised a complaint regarding the Toshiba U 50 series (55inches) LED Smart TV on 01st of September'21 with Complaint ID: 1i243076viscsi6193671
And on 02nd of September'21, one of your Service technicians had visited our house and confirmed there is a Power Board failure in the LED Smart TV and Power Supply Board supposed to be replaced with a new one.
As the LED Smart TV falls within the Warranty period, hence the Service technician confirmed that it will replace the Power Supply Board by NEW one within a maximum of 10 days time.
From that day onwards, we keep-on follow-up with the Toshiba Customer Service team on a daily basis and they simply used to tell us daily short stories that the board will be replaced at the earliest time as possible. But till date (28th September'21) you people haven't had a chance to replace and even NO appropriate action has taken place.
I escalated the same issue to the next level as well, even escalation division person (Mr. Sharme) had confirmed that he would be providing the adequate information by today's end of business day with an appropriate resolution without FAIL. But, till now NO response from him as well till now.
And second time, I escalated the same issue to the next level as well, even the escalation division person (Mrs. Shavi Mishra) had confirmed the PCB part is going to be replaced within a couple Days of time. But I think, again the same stories are getting continued without any resolution for this Issue.
It is really a shame that Toshiba Services are really the worst and unable to take any action even after a month from the day the complaint has been raised.
Kindly let me know, is it possible to replace the Power Supply Board part within a couple of days and else please replace it with a NEW LED Smart TV.

Till date No Action has been taken by the Toshiba India Customer Care center.

Hopeless services from Toshiba India people, please please do not go with these Toshiba TV Products. This is my Humble and personal request.

Turely the Worst Services I had seen in my entire life time.

      I booked OLA from Geeta Colony (Delhi) to DLF Cyber Hub (Gurgaon) on Sep 21 at 8:14 AM. As internet was a problem, so paid the driver in cash. Even after the payment the pending payment message pop up is there on my ola mobile app. i raised the complaint ticket on same day, ticket reference id[protected]. To my surprise, there is no response since then. as i have to go some where urgently so i paid the 21st Sep invoice again through Ola money. so this way i made the double payment for the same trip. pls arrange the refund in my Ola app asap.

        Do not buy Toshiba products in India. They have no service and do not get fooled by Japanese quality etc. The PCB of Toshiba Washing machine TW-BJ80S2 knocked off and now even after a month there has been no remedy.

        The question is, when Toshiba cannot support customers they have no right to sell. No regard to customer convenience. It is a horrible company.

            Sir, One of the salesman shopkeeper Boli brother at ranjit Avenue Amritsar has emotionally blackmailed us by saying that toshiba refrigerator 661litre is out of stock through out India will never be available in India and sold us 541 litres which, but we could have waited for availability of 661litres if he had not lied with us.we are really hurted by the salesmans wrong statement.So kindly lodge our complaint and confirm the refrigerator could be exchanged.

              I have observed that Toshiba lacks interest in Customer Service for TV installation for a week. We Would recommend other people to not to buy Toshiba products as they lack After Sales Service.

                It's been 3rd time I have faced the issue in Toshiba AC, bought in last year in Sept'20.
                Even engineer has also visited the site 2 times, but after some time again problem occurred. Please either change the machine or give us some alternate since now I am completely in doubt that it will no longer reliable. This is first season and the machine is not properly function so many times.
                Need Immd solution.

                            My complaint id in Toshiba is: 1876827

                            My AC was not working. So, i have called TOSHIBA toll free number (customer care). The lady on a call has provided me a number of concern person who is locally looking into the complaints.

                            Technician: Mr. Tushar Shukla ([protected])

                            He has taken the PCB of the AC and said we are trying to repair. Now he is not responding us anyway. He is neither receiving our calls nor responding our messages.

                            I want the my solution at the earliest. We are facing this issue since 15 days. This person (Mr. Tushar) is giving fake commitments.

                            We want to solve the issue and want to go through the repair service but he is not providing the PCB that he has taken with him.

                              PCB went off within first 6 months of purchase.
                              While selling we were told, any issues will be given immediate attention. It's almost 7 days no follow up no help ...
                              Absolutely pathetic services, if this is the situation when we are under warranty I am just thinking how is the service.post warranty...
                              The service agency guy is so rude that instead of addressing the issue he says when part will come I will inform, when asked onnsla he said he cannot help.

                                I have purchased Thoshiba 43nch Smart LED TV in Aug 2020 at Ramanathapuram from Anees & Co., . We are having a lot of performance issues in the TV and complained to the agency within one month from the purchase date. I have lost my bill, I will get it from the agency if required. No action from the agency and Thoshiba side. Almost all of my warranty period is going to end in one month from now. I hope only you can help me in this regard. Check and do the needful asap.

                                Performance issues on TV.

                                1. Slow refresh rate for all the action.
                                2. Remote functions are not responded to by TV and often hung.
                                3. Sound function is another issue. Need to completely shutdown and up again to fix it.
                                4. Sound output is not supported for the sound system we have.
                                5. Most of the apps are not supported and running.

                                  I have using Toshiba U5050 model from last six month, Toshiba company commented that they will give updates for Disney Hotstar and Zee5. But it's almost done 6 moths but i haven't received any updates yet, it's so pathetic. I don't know why i wasted my 41999 Rs for this useless TV.

                                      I had purchased a Toshiba tv from tatacliq.com in December 2020. Now days i am facing some issues about toshiba tv picture Quality and i had already complained about this problem on toshiba costumer care number in date of 7-june-2021 but till today 18-june-2021 i cant received any type of conclusion or solution about this issue from toshiba company.
