We have cancelled the mswipe services linked to my number ([protected]) due to non utilization of your machine and one of the mswipe executive has already collected the mswipe machine from us and it's been over two months still our account is being debited from mswipe charges for the month of may and june 2018. A compaint was done on this and there was a call from their customercare team that the issue has been taken into consideration it resolved and hereaftere there shall be no further charges.
Find below the mswipe account closure ticket raised by their people upon request and refund the monthly charges for the last two months which was requested in this reference wherein even after the confirmation they have charged us from july to november 2018 again for total value of rs.3186/- over the period from may to nov 2018.
