Totoodo Mobile Service Centre — Samsung M51 mobile not returned

I had given my mobile samsung M51 for repair which was not taking the charge on 13th April.The staff told that he will get it repaired in another two days and will return the mobile on Monday.After a lot of calls made, there was no response. The store was not picking the calls . Then I visited personally and was again told that they have sent it to the head office.On calling the head office a lady named, Jyoti told that she was unaware about the mobile and it's issue and no such mobile has reached the head office.She told that she will be giving me a call on Wednesday morning but again neither she called nor she picked up my call.I want my mobile and my money refunded. They are fakes and others be aware of this shop at Thippasandra.never rely them
