[Resolved] Touch Lcd House — They are not refunding my money after cancellation and not responding to me also

I bought LCD screen for my old phone from Touchlcdhouse.com on 28 oct 2022 by paying online through Google pay. (order No 751368)

Product was not showing any progress for more than 4 days so I cancelled it.
But after cancellation it's showing only "Cancellation requested" and I am not receiving my money back. I have sent them multiple emails and WhatsApp message but no response from them at all.

I tried to call them and one lady pick up and said call them next day because she have to submit the complain etc. so I called next day and they cut my calls now. my money is lost.

I found out lots of people are facing same issue as me. Please help me get my money back. it's been more than 15 days I am trying but no refund at all.

Finally Today I got my money back from them, ( Received email from them and a SMS of bank credit) I had complaint them on number of places www.consumercomplaints.(this site) https://consumerhelpline.gov.in (site status still saying "Not Processed Yet") Voxya mobile app ( First complaint on it on 10 Nov, no updates from Voxya) I have messaged them on WhatsApp many times. which they weren't reading until day before yesterday, I saw blue tick. I have sent email many times but some of my emails were not sending I don't know why. I called them many times only one time I was able to talk on which she said call next day but next day they cut my call. I don't know which method work but I am relived that I got my money back as I was getting very stressed.

I just Got Confirmed that "https://consumerhelpline.gov.in" (its government complain portal) has solved my problem.

Earlier I was confused because status on website was showing "not processed yet" but in update section it was written that its refunded. website is bit confusing but it worked within 2 day my problem was solved.
