I booked a Hyryder in Dec -22 and we finally planned to cancel booking due to long waiting time.
Now, we are being taken for a ride while 2e are asking for our rightful due. Galaxy Toyota claims that the amount willbe refunded in 30 working days time as per their company policy.
This wasn't appraised to me in any form or forum till date and such long refund times are unjustified and uncalled for especially in today's times of digitalization.
I understand there could be many internal policies, that doesn't mean anything could be applied to customers without notifying them.
I am not a part of your systems and it is my hard earned money, please respond with a reasonable time, 30 days in today's times are uncalled for and unacceptable
Either process my refund by 7th Feb or I will be eligible for interest as per prevailing bank rates.
Let us not make the exit process such bitter and cumbersome for customers (especially loyal ones like me) that I would make a notion to not enter into Toyota showroom ever again Was this information helpful? |
