Sir i have purchased innova crysta june 2016 car number KL 14S 9675 from toyoto. After 2 month tyre blast when driving but toyoto give only 50% discount in new tyre . Now battery leakage in car & ful chase and other parts damaged due to acid leakage . Toyoto agreed to paint the chase and change the battery . But my new cars originality gone . They fully repair the car it now like old repaired car . Every parts engine also removed and refixed....

Lodged one complaint at toyota, 2 months back for repair of my innova. It is more than 4 months passed but no one (Toyota or oriental insurance) bother to get the repair. I am harrassed by all parties (Dealer - pioneer, toyota customer care, and oriental insurance) to an extent of extream. These are worst oem/vendors to deal with.
