I purchased a 2019 Rav4 (my third Rav4) because I wanted to update to an on screen GPS. In January, I was notified that the Scout GPS was only for 2 years so I paid for an annual subscription.
Today I go out and the GPS is not working. I called the dealership to be told that program had been discontinued and there was no replacement. I was advised I could either get an Apple phone or trade in for a new car. I paid $35K for this and it has 28K miles on it. The problem and solution are absolutely unacceptable. I am retired and this was to be my forever car. I sincerely hope that you are planning to roll out something to fix this problem as this was an Implied function of the car.
I have no intentions of getting a new car but I will say if I do it WILL NOT BE A TOYOTA!!
