Greetings from mr. Binu mathews (Toyota privileged customer, bangalore)
This email with reference to the complaint request raised to toyota services and customer care services team, for the vehicle which is under the warranty period.
Umpteen number of times the technical/mechanical/hydraulic issue was raised to the toyota services team (Ravindu toyota bangalore) to address the issue much before the warranty was getting expired. The driver side of the vehicle was addressed but the pinion side wasn’t addressed though even the complaint was lodged and reflecting in the system. It is very evident that the team was waiting for warranty expiry dates and then take necessary action so that it can billed. It is very shameful, ignominious and pathetic behaviour of the toyota services team that they had towards to me, mr. Binu mathews the loyal and privileged customer of toyota. This is my second car from toyota and am feel so humiliated towards the absolute known ignorance and avoiding the customer request.
Appreciate your sincere intervention and support to get the needful services at no cost, considering the fact the vehicle is not under warranty (Because these issues were addressed during the warranty period). I have always happy owing a toyota fortune suv (Ka03mt6019) but the recent experiences has really made think twice should i make next purchase or not? Every customer expects good customer service and vehicle services on time and in turn we customers build great word of mouth for toyota.
Requesting kindly to the needful at best and at the earliest with necessary actions and approvals to the toyota services team.
