Tp Link And Amazon — Warranty Issue

I bought TP link router, now it is not working it is still under warranty but TP link customer care is not reachable. since i bought it from Amazon these people are stupid they are not at all helping they are just passing the ball. they don't have guts. i told them that TP link customer care is not reachable these stupid people are saying they will need denial of service letter from TP link now am i ranjnikat. this is how stupidity is they are not escalating the matter also. I have also dropped mail to TP link with invoice and warranty slip.
