Sub: Non-working of TP Link modem router
We have purchased TP Link modem router model no.TD-W8951ND (sl.no.[protected]) from Baid Electronics, Vijayawada on 25.11.2013. Initially it was worked comfortably and since few days we are facing problem in getting internet connectivity means the modem router switching off frequently. Being a fertilizer company we have to do more work thru internet and we are unable to perform our work.
In view of the above, we request you to depute your personnel immediately to rectify the problem immediately.
