This is in order to bring under your kind consideration that I made a New Meter Connection request Online on 07-July-2020 with notification No - [protected]
Attached herewith the acknowledgement letter received over my e-mail.
As communicated by your CCE, the maximum TAT for meter installation should be 15 days...but till date I have not received any update on the same even after repeated follow up on provided CCE contact.
Everytime I call your helpline, your representative does not have any status on my application and commits me one more day to get the update.
The service standards and response time taken is causing unnecessary harassment to us leaving us with no possible way out to speed up the process. We have recently shifted to a new residence and do not have basic needs fulfilled due to your prolonged process.
I would request you to please take this matter seriously and facilitate faster processing to avoid further inconveniences to our family. Was this information helpful? |
